In August 2003 the first shop was created under the name Wizard’s Fun Company, it was worked from a cute little bridal shop in an old clandestine church in Harlingen.
When it became clear in 2006 that the internet was increasingly playing an important role for brides to find all the necessary information about wedding dress collections and to find the right bridal shop, we switched at the right time from the well-known paper media to online marketing and building a solid new website.
It soon became clear that this was the new form of advertising and window display for the bridal shop, and more and more brides found our bridal shop, even brides who visited our bridal shop from far outside the immediate region.
In 2006 the opportunity arose to purchase our own beautiful large residential/retail property in the heart of the center of the old port city of Harlingen, where they moved to and the bridal shop was established.
And not much later, due to the many pass requests from the Amsterdam region, a second bridal shop in another very beautiful harbor town in Monnickendam.
At the moment, the new website is WeddingWonderland.nl more and more known to the target audience, the brides-to-be, and a successful formula has grown to five bridal shops.
By having made better agreements with well-known and renowned bridal fashion manufacturers and larger purchases of bridal fashion collections, lower prices could be passed on to our customers, which ensured that the best quality wedding dresses could be delivered at the most affordable prices.
The Wedding Wonderland concept with Premium quality wedding dresses from 899 euros is still a great success today.
The Wedding Wonderland concept bridal shops can be found in Almere Stad & Almere Haven, where the newest Trendy Bridal Shop in Almere Haven runs independently under the name “Wedding Company“.
