For orders that are cancelled within 5 working days without a thorough reason, we charge an administration fee of 15 euros.
Most items that you find in our shop are available a la minute, and will be sent to the address you provided as soon as your order is administered by us. In some cases this is done through drop-shipping.., we then inform the manufacturer which item you want to receive, and they then send it directly to you. This has many advantages.., because this way we don’t have to have all items in stock (then we need a lot more space.., and your stuff will only become more expensive because half of it stays on the shelf anyway…) and the range is wider than if we only offered you our own bestsellers.
In most cases, the organization of a wedding is not very urgent, the vast majority of brides make the choice for their desired bridal wear & accessories well in advance. Our customers therefore generally never make a problem of an order sometimes taking a little longer to arrive. We strive to have an order with you within 5 working days.., but if a payment is not received on time, or an order is on backorder with the manufacturer, it may take a little longer. In general, we are fairly quick with the notification of the orders.., and the delivery thereof. And do you want to know in advance whether an item can be delivered to you urgently on time..? Then call customer service (0517) 430235 and we will look into it for you right away! No worries – we don’t either…. 😉
